On Saturday February 28th at 10:00pm and on Sunday March 1st at 8:30am, the Dundalk Bulls Ladies will be hosting the Scottish Ladies Ice Hockey team for two exciting friendly matches.
These two teams faced off for a match back in November when our Bulls Ladies travelled to Irvine, Scotland. During the game, the Bulls Ladies came out strong and were leading at one point, 2-1. The experience and stamina of the Scottish Ladies proved too much for the Bulls, and the final score was 8-2 for the Scots.
However, the game was very exciting and hopefully this time around the Bulls Ladies will be prepared for their speedy and skilled Celtic opposition. Admission to the games is free and there will be a 50-50 draw at Saturday night’s game.
It would be much appreciated if everyone in the Irish Ice Hockey Community who can make it would come out and support these games, as it is very important for the development of women’s ice hockey in Ireland.
