The mini camp includes:
– Skills, shooting, passing, stick-handling and positional plays
– Skating – fundamentals of skating, agility exercises and POWER skating
– Station work – smaller groups for a more personalized coaching for players and goalies
– On ice group activities and fun – Scrimmages, relay races and prizes to be won!
This Camp is for EVERYONE. Children and Adults alike of all skills and skating abilities.
The Inside Edge offers Ireland’s only elite coaching. Our coaches are all fully qualified on ice instructors
including Dundalk Bulls & Team Ireland U18 Head Coach Sean Dooley, renowned Skating coach Chynna Pope and Team
Ireland’s Strength and conditioning coach Petr Castka
