Important Notice for IIHL Teams

Further to recent mails received by the IIHA from teams competing in the IIHL, the IIHA Executive Committee would like to hold a meeting this Monday, 16th November 2009 at 7:00pm sharp in Dundalk. The aim of this meeting is to address certain issues which have arisen from these mails. The Executive Committee would like to discuss these issues with the teams and clarify its stance on these issues.

No more than two representatives from each team is invited to the meeting and the official contacts for each team have been contacted regarding this.

We remind teams that they must confirm their designated officials who will be attending the meeting by emailing office@iiha.org no later than 5:00 pm on Sunday, 15th November 2009. Only those designated officials confirmed by this deadline will be allowed to attend the meeting.

The agenda for the meeting will be as follows:

1. Introduction
2. Cancellation of games within the IIHL
3. Payment of players within the IIHL
4. IIHA stance on the above issues
5. General input from teams regarding the future of the IIHL

The IIHA Executive Committee looks forward to this meeting, particularly any input received from the teams regarding the future of the IIHL.
