Due to unforeseen circumstances which are beyond our control, we will not be able to run with the Open Tryouts for the Senior Men’s Irish National Team that were scheduled to take place at The Odyssey Arena on Saturday, 4th February 2012.
The Open Tryouts have now been rescheduled for Saturday, 18th February 2012 at The Odyssey Arena in Belfast, Northern Ireland. All details and information is the same as before but can also be found below. Anyone who wishes to attend or is unable to attend on this date, should contact the team’s General Manager, Jim Pepper, on jimpepper@iiha.org before Saturday, 11th February 2012.

Open tryouts for the Senior Men’s Irish National Tem will take place on Saturday, 18th February 2012 at The Odyssey Arena in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
This is an open tryout for anyone interested and eligible to represent Ireland. There will be no charge for ice time and anyone interested in trying out needs to contact the General Manager, Jim Pepper, via jimpepper@iiha.org before Saturday, 11th February 2012.
SCHEDULE
The format and timetable for the day is as follows:
11:00 am – 11:30 am: Registration
12:30 pm – 1:30 pm: On-Ice Practice Session
INFORMATION FOR PLAYERS
****PLEASE BRING A PHOTOCOPY OF YOUR IRISH PASSPORT****
All players should arrive at The Odyssey Arena no later than 11:30 am for registration.
On the day, each player must provide a current valid email address and advise of any medical conditions e.g. asthma.
All players wishing to be selected for the Senior Men’s Irish National Team must be available to travel to the 2012 IIHF World Championship Division III in Erzurum, Turkey from Friday, 13th April 2012 and home on Monday, 23rd April 2012 inclusive.

PLEASE NOTE: On arrival at The Odyssey Arena, players will be directed to the changing rooms and seating area. The Odyssey Arena will not allow people to wander around the arena as this creates a health & safety / security issue for them. Please respect their wishes and do as requested by staff.
