Dear Members,
We are pleased to announce that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Irish Ice Hockey Association (IIHA) will take place on Sunday 18th July 2010 from 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm at the Fairways Hotel, Dublin Road, Dundalk, Co. Louth.
All members are welcome and registration for the AGM will take place from 1:30 pm until 2:15 pm at the venue on the day. Photo identification will be needed for all those wishing to vote and who are entitled to vote. Acceptable forms of identification are Passport, Driving Licence and Garda Age Card. For any questions in relation to other forms of identification, please contact the IIHA Office at office@iiha.org prior to the AGM.
The Agenda for the meeting will be available in the coming days from this site.
The Executive Committee and Directors have requested that no alcohol be consumed while the meeting is in progress.
**PLEASE NOTE** Those who have not renewed their membership this past season may do so up until Sunday July 4th 2010. New members may become members up until Sunday July 4th 2010. However, all submissions for renewal and new membership are subject to Executive Committee approval in accordance with article 5.1 of the IIHA’s Memorandum & Articles of Association.
**PLEASE NOTE** Going forward, the Executive Committee will decide after the AGM in each year the deadline date for renewal of memberships and for new memberships to be accepted. This date will then be announced in August or September of the applicable season.
