On Saturday, 13th November 2010, the IIHA will have ice time at the Odyssey Arena in Belfast, Northern Ireland for the Irish National Teams and also a Women’s Development Camp open to all female players.
This ice time will be used to start preparations for all teams prior to their respective IIHF World Championship next spring.
The schedule of ice time is as follows:
11:15 am – 12:15 pm: Women’s Development Camp*
12:15 pm – 1:15 pm: U18 & U20 Irish National Teams**
1:30 pm – 2:30 pm: Senior Irish National Team (Men’s)***
Registration for each session will close 1 hour prior to the ice time. It is therefore highly recommended that players arrive no later than 1 hour and 30 minutes before the on ice start time.
All players who currently have or are eligible for an Irish passport are welcome to attend the open tryout in the respective category. A photocopy of the valid passport should be presented at registration.
*Only female players aged 16 years of age and older. The camp will be open to female players of all nationalities.
**Only male players aged between 15 years of age and 20 years of age
***Only male players aged 16 years and older
The cost of each session will be €10 per person.
